Located on 14 acres just outside of downtown Monroe, it's the perfect retreat- but still near to amenities. The barn has 9 big box stalls and 3 pony stalls that allow a community feel for its four-legged occupants. The barn also includes a tack room and feed room, as well as storage area in the loft.

 

There are three big grooming bays that allow for an open community feel for the horses as well as a washing area. 

 

The facility has many paddocks that offer both individual and group turnout options. All weather paddocks in the winter and grass/dirt paddocks in the summer.

 

The property is all enclosed with access to paths between paddocks and a forested meadow for combined training and hacking. There is a well maintained fenced 70x120 arena that has well draining sand footing and lighting allowing for riding year round. Newly added large grass arena allows for training on different footing.
