Stacie Ostasz is a Canadian born, former upper level eventer that has been based in Washington State since 2014. Prior to 2014, she competed in Ontario, Canada with her horse Tonto under the tutelage of Canadian Team Eventer- Michelle Mueller. It was here, that the drive to compete at the upper levels was born. After moving to Washington with Tonto at the end of 2014, she teamed up with Marc and Erin Grandia of Full Gallop Eventing to start actively pursuing her goal of one day representing her country at the highest level of the sport.

She professionally groomed for Full Gallop till mid 2017, travelling and competing with the team. From being in charge of the team horses at shows and their well being at home- she has a deep understanding of horse-care. This is one of the things she strives to involve in daily routines at Red Dragon Farm and teaching to her students. Throughout 2017, she taught at Honey Do Farm in Carnation until transferring her teaching to her own Red Dragon Farm in 2018.

The development of her own lesson program and boarding stable has been one of her lifelong goals. She teaches riders of all ages and abilities on her lease horses or their own; catering the lessons to the individual.

While Stacie has taken a bit of a break from competition to pursue goals at home, she will hopefully return to competition in the near future. In the meantime, she continues to focus on maintaining and improving the boarding experience at Red Dragon Farm.
